Posted under: I went to Safeway today and found some pretty good deals. Here’s what I bought:
The total came to $23.62. I saved $11.60 with my club card and used $7.00 in coupons which lowered my register price to a whopping $3.00!
I’ll use everything but the Rolaids*. I’ll donate those to someone who needs them. The rest – 2 bottles of seltzer, which is perfect for the hot summer temperatures, four packages of four single servings of yogurt (16 servings of yogurt) will get eaten pretty quickly and the two bottles of barbecue sauce are just in time for grilling season!
A successful trip, for sure!
(*The reason I bought the Rolaids even though I don’t use them is because I had a coupon for $4.00 off 2 packages. The two packages only came to $2.98 which left me with $1.02 coverage.)
